feeling really in need of therapy! thankfully i have something booked in for thursday.
it's also in person which i almost forgot about lol
idk like. i want to talk things through. but im still not over last week which is? not great??
idk like. it hit me real hard on its own. i dont know whether that's where i'm still at w all of it or it just broke the dam but either way like. talking through it in therapy is a thing that i probably need to do.
